The cost for a party is $150 an hour for a minimum of 4 hours. The total cost comes out to $600. If you’d like to extend your party or need additional setup time, the cost is $150 each additional hour.

DIY PARTY TOTAL: $600
Want to make your party even more memorable? We have 2 mini donkeys, a mini highland cow and a mini horse that would love to interact with you and your guests! You can add any of these to any party!
Petting Zoo Experience - $5 per person
Spend some time interacting with, feeding and petting our animals through the fence. Petting zoo admission is $5 per person and includes a cup of our animals’ favorite snacks. The host of the party is responsible for collecting the money from their guests and sending it to Keystone Ranch with the final balance. Payment is due no later than 5 days prior to your event. The day of the event, Keystone Ranch will give the total number of wristbands paid for to the host for them to hand out to their guests. We don’t want anyone to feel left out if they decide to participate last minute! The cost is still $5 per person on the day of the event. However, we prefer to have a headcount and payment in advance so we can prepare properly.
Animal Encounter Experience - $100
Get up close and personal with our loving animals! For one hour, we will bring out the animals so you can pet, brush, take pictures and enjoy some special time with them. Payment is due with your final balance no later than 5 days prior to your event.
To secure your date and time, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit is nonrefundable because it officially reserves and secures your party date and time with us. Once your deposit is received, we set that time aside specifically for your party and turn away any other potential bookings for that time slot. The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your party.
